School Liaison Manager


An exciting opportunity has emerged within a very forward thinking and innovative software company within the Education sector. Although the company was founded in 2014, the core product has been in development and evolution since September 2012. As demand for our product has grown both nationally and internationally, so has our need to grow both our technical and customer facing teams.


We currently have a vacancy for a Schools Manager within our customer facing team. This role would include delivering online demonstrations of our software to prospective and existing customer schools as well as providing training to users. A key part of a Schools Manager’s role would be to follow up on enquiries from prospective customers and work closely with them until our software has been fully implemented within their school.


This is an exciting customer-facing role for someone who can hold their own in a conversation in the context of education and pastoral care. A key aspect of this position is the ability to liaise with multiple contacts in schools and communicate effectively with other colleagues, all the while keeping a watchful eye on the customer experience. Therefore excellent communication skills, high levels of organization, and general professionalism are very important to us.


The majority of customer contacts who you would be liaising directly with will be experienced teachers who are predominantly in senior positions within their respective schools. Therefore, it is essential to us that all of our Schools Managers have experience of working within schools.
